On an annual basis, a limited amount of tuition assistance is available to families that demonstrate a financial need. To apply for tuition assistance, a family needs to complete the Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid Form (available in the front office). The application includes a section where a family can describe their financial need, including any recent changes in their financial situation, and provide information regarding the families’ income and financial situation. New students applying for tuition assistance must submit a completed application for enrollment together with the required application fee. If the terms of any proposed tuition assistance are not mutually acceptable, deposits are fully refundable. Completed forms should be submitted to the Broomfield Academy School Administrator who will forward the forms to the Director of Operations for review with the tuition assistance committee. Awards are made for one school year. Assistance will be reevaluated each year, upon re-submission and review of the Tuition Assistance Form.
